check these parts and if any link broken make jumpers as shown in the diagram.
replace the parts if not solved with upper technique.

Nokia 2310 light problem how to check led is ok or not. this image is to show how to check board led is ok or not. make a jumper as shown or simple make this with a tuser. use a multimeter to check wether the LED is working. if u see the multimeter is able to light the LED all you need is to set it to oham x1 n test LED if LCD light is on that means the LED is off so u need to replace or You can short it to get LCD lights on but will not get keylights.
