nokia n8 have two mic one is know as primary microphone which is used for normal calls and the other one is for video calling that is known as video microphone.to solve these two mic problem in nokia n8
we will use this diagram that will define all parts that are used in mic function in nokia n8.from both these mics path and links goes to resistance that are near these mics and are indicated with red box.then links goes to audio ic which is also indicated with red box and near by this ic here is a jumper point that can be used as mic jumper to solve mic problem in nokia n8.

my n8 mic is not working properly i applied ur trick but also same problem.
(after every 7sec mic sound is disconecting so plz help me)

I have a problem with all two mics: sound of frontal mic and video mic is very low…
I see the diagram and i measure it: all the resistance that are connect to the respective mic is 400 ohm, one of the pin of resistance is connect to ground, I connect other pin to the pin you are indicated near the Audio IC with no result.
Have you another solution?
Can I try to change the two mics?
I think if the two resistance are good and there’s the wire jump: the remaining solution can be the mic or the Audio IC…..
