Nokia 3110 dead on off switch is not working problem is solved finally with this diagram.you can see the links from on off button goes to resistance shown in diagram with red line.if the link is broken you can make jumpers and solve the on off switch problem in Nokia 3110.
Step1:-if Nokia 3110 shows charging but do not become on.you can make jumpers from on off switch to the resistance as shown in above pictures.
