Normally Contact Service is due to water damage or software problem.
Step1:-Flash your mobile with the latest firmware (flash file)
Step2:-If problem is not solved open the mobile and remove lcd then clean all mobile carefully with any electronics cleaner and leave it for a few mint so that can be dry and i hope your problem will be solved in these two basic steps.
