nokia 1616 lcd ways are shown in this diagram all links of lcd came to these resistances from lcd jack so check all lce prints that should make continuity up to lcd jack to these resistances.if lcd display jack and prints are broken in koia 1616 this is helpfull diagram for solving display problem in nokia 1616.i will update it soon with all links that came from lcd points.

Dear clean the board with any electronics cleaner slightly and leave it to dry for a few mints and if possible apply little hot with hot air and then check it again normally it becomes due to water damage and when it become totally wet it will be ok.
