If nokia 1280 is dead due to water damages and it can not be power on. We have to solve its shortage with checking its parts and components that are using vbb tracks.

Once you have dis assemble the mobile phone look at the whole board vary carefully. If here is some rust carbon or water damages apply electronics cleaner and make it clean.Apply hot air to make it dry.

Keep in mind do not apply much heat because it can damage the mother board and can be harm for your skin.

Check the battery points with meter as shown in diagram above. Remove this capestor that is given in bellow diagram to repair nokia 1280 power problem On off problem due to shortage.
